With 30 years experience in California I have learned to commit myself to serving others with results. I specialize in residential home sales, foreclosures, short sales, and rentals.  I am also a memeber of MKT Investment Group, which specializes in bringing together investors to purchase properties. As the Owner and Broker of Active Real Estate. I carry a Bachelors Degree in Business. I have Certifications from the California Association of Realtors that include a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) Certificate and an SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) Certification, and I am a member of GetReal and Power Focus Networking Groups.

I've devoted my life to service through leadership - in my profession and in my community. My goal is to educate my Clients so they can make the best decision for themselves to meet their Real Estate goals. I am passionate about people and Real Estate. I look at my role as a puzzle consultant. When I take a client on and ask the right questions, I get all the pieces. My job is to make them fit. A lot of times the pieces will change, but the finished product is a satisfying accomplishment. The reward for me is seeing my clients in their new home. I love the hunt, searching and  finding the right home for my clients. I put my faith in God to help me find the home He has for them.


My clients tell me they like knowing I will personally assist them through the entire transaction. I do believe delegation is a valuable skill in this business, but it is important to remember the difference between delegating and abdicating duties. I have a team to delegate to but I will be by my clients side all the way through each and every transaction.


I am married to a wonderful Man, Mark Tattersall, and I have 3 beautiful children, Brett 26, Reid 23, Lindsay 19, and a one year old grandson, RJ.  I am a member of Calvary Community Church.
